A. JOB DESCRIPTION: Working hours: Official working hours - 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday, and two Saturdays per month (alternate Saturdays). Lunch break: from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM.

- Deploying plans from the Board of Directors and the General Director to agents, employees in the company and related departments.

- Monitor, evaluate and process as well as report the results of each implementation plan.

- Take care and support agents to increase revenue.

- Work as a focal point for new products and problems with the company's IT department.

- Assist in supervising the work of junior staff.

- Together with the Board of Directors, the Director proposed new plans and products to meet market demand.

C. REQUIREMENTS:

- Male over 30 years old with experience in managing small teams.

- Experience in B2B business model and service business and agency development.

- Honest, agile with a positive attitude at work, ready to work at home and abroad.

- Basic computer skills, experience in developing agency channels and services is an advantage.
