A. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working hours: Official working hours - 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday, and two Saturdays per month (alternate Saturdays). Lunch break: from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM.

- Team management and development :

+ Training, evaluating performance and creating development opportunities for each individual.

+ Ensure high performance of the sales team, recommend improvement measures and provide necessary support to achieve sales goals.

- Business development :

+ Determine business goals: build business strategies for each stage, implement effective business strategies, ensure sales goals are met

+ Search for business opportunities: interact with partners, customers and related agencies to promote development and create new business opportunities.

+ Reports and analysis: reports on business performance, evaluation of projects and proposals

- Market development :

+ Monitor the golf product market, research and provide information on new opportunities and trends in this field.

+ Maintain and take care of old customer files and find new customers: come up with plans to promote programs to attract and find customers, maintain and develop long-term relationships with business partners.

C. REQUIREMENTS:

- Have experience working in a similar position for at least 1 year (business management, senior customer care...)

- Have knowledge of business, marketing and market research.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Problem solving and work organization skills .
